no tray application running on my linux. can I use teamdrive

Postby adnoh » 22 Jul 2010, 01:11

my problem is that I'm using my linux installations from a windows pc and start my applications with NX in seemless mode (like you know from citrix).
so I don't have a full desktop environment like kde or gnome running. is it possible to get teamdrive working with this?
even with option autostart and when i startet the software from a desktop environment and disable the option "show tray messages" - teamdrive is not starting without the desktop environment in background "no tray found"

my plan is to start teamdrive withind my NX session - then disconnect - and have the syncronisations still working.

This will be possible with a TeamDrive Server Client, which is still under development.
