USB version loses track of files

I downloaded and installed the flash drive version on a USB memory stick.

It ran OK on one computer. I shut it down and ran it on a different computer. I don't know if this matters, but it had a different drive letter on the 2nd computer.

I edited one of the files, but TeamDrive would not recognize it as a new version. It would not sync it. I deleted the file but it wouldn't go away. I tried rescanning the shared space, but it didn't help.

TeamDrive seemed to have permanently lost track of the file.

New files that I created on the 2nd computer worked correctly.
