[ALL SOLVED] Transfer information

Hi,

I'm a new user.

I was able to upload all my file to my WebDAV server but I have 4 files I deleted that are still mentioned in the transfer information tab.

The information continuously changes from "in Vorbereitung" to "Fehler: Unknown network error" and then again and again.

I emptied the trash within the application.
I still have a red exclamation mark on my SharedSpace.
The icon in the taskbar shows "uploading files".

Hi palladian,

if you cleaned up the trash before the files where commited to the server TD might have a problem
sending those files. It seems like a little bug we are going to fix.
The only way to remove those files from the transfer is to delete the space and create it new.

Hi Patrick,

That's what I did in the meantime. ;)

I now have the same problem with one file. It says "Fehler: Traffic limit reached".

Does the traffic limit apply to my own private webdav server on my domain ?

PS: Software looks great. Setting it up and uploading all my files is a bit time consuming and gives me some troubles. But will help me a lot synchronising daily between the office and my home.

Hi Palladian,

the message "trafficlimit reached" is a result we get from the webserver. TD takes a "Error 403" from
the server as trafficlimit reached. Mabye the error the server sent was due to some other problem.
In the next version, which we will release this week we will analyse those errors more in particular.
After a restart of TD this error should be cleaned up. If this should not be the case send us please
your logfiles to support@teamdrive.net and we will find a solution.
