The current release of TeamDrive (version 2.4.146) for MacOS does not yet support Mac OS 10.7. Lion flawless.
There is a major problem recognizing new files automatically. We are working on a reliable fix and will post it here.
Workaround: you can force TeamDrive to scan your Space manually and it will sync your files. Select your Space and chose "Scan Space" from the context menue. If you quit and start TeamDrive it does a scan automatically. With pressing the "Synchronization" button you only start the download process manually.
