One-Way Synchronization

for one of my Spaces, TeamDrive4 synchronizes only from my computer to my laptop. Any files I add on the laptop are not synchronized.
If I copy them manually to the computer, they are uploaded from there, so it should not be the files themselves (e.g. size).
As this space is quite big (4GB), I did not try to remove it on the laptop and rebuild it from the server. Are there other possible solutions?
