Hi,

one of my team space users uses access to the team space via web browser/login. After successful accessing documents the other day, the browser now complains:

Code: Select all
could not resolve host: reg.teamdrive.net. Name or service not known.


Any hints to recover this user?

Is the user still experiencing this issue? Which URL did the user use to access the web client?

Hi Kenneth,

the URL which was used, was: https://webportal.teamdrive.net/

But, since today, the issue disappeared without any change on the computer, still using the same URL from the browsers bookmarks. Everything is ok, now. Weird.

We were updating our servers last week. The problem could have stemmed from that.
