Log in error

Hi together,
we are a small tax advisory and have started providing teamdrive spaces to clients to safely Exchange data.
One of our new users reported that the log-in to the online Interface (https://teamdrive-inbox.cds-systeme.de/) under Mac using Chrome works fine, while there are error Messages under Mac unsing Safari browser and on his Windows Desktop (with both Chrome and Safari).
Error message apparently is about incorrect user / Password. Any idea? Apparently they tried numerous times with other colleages as well (so, no mistyping).
Any idea?

Hi, it might be a problem that the Clients are registered on a different Domain which is not supported by the URL/Server you try to connect to.

Try this link: https://webportal.teamdrive.net/

In case it does not work, you need to contact techsupport at TeamDrive in hamburg info@teamdrive.com

They need to know the username of the customer who hast a problem logging in.
