Space has a green check mark but is not completely synched

Dear Teamdrive Support,

One of our users of the TD Software (Version 4.6.7) gets shown a green check mark (while on Finder) on a Space he administers, even though whole subfolders and files inside the Space aren't synching at all. Only one Space is affected by this problem, and he's the only one who has access to it. Teamdrive also shows the available offline icon on the Space.

Is this a known bug? What would you recommend us to do in order to solve this problem?

The user should update to the latest version (4.6.9).
Afterwards, the user should restore the Space https://forum.teamdrive.net/viewtopic.php?f=22&t=3370#p9759
