Force refresh of Space

I do not see any log files from the username tchhoeun or from the e-mail address tchhoeun@renosubsystems.com. Log files can be sent via the TeamDrive client by going to the settings menu and using the 'support' option.

By the way, are you all commercial or non-commercial users?

Hi Kenneth. Any news from the development team? Is there any other information I should send you? Thank so much for your help.

Thanks Kenneth. I apologize - I didn't see your response when I posted my last reply. We're commercial users, but we realized that the person having the problem was actually logging on as non-commercial (he had forgotten to put in his license key). We uninstalled the program and then reinstalled the latest version, and entered the proper license. It's synchronizing right now - it's downloaded around 4000 files, and has 2000 left to go. We will leave it running overnight and I will let you know tomorrow whether it finished downloading everything.

Hi Kenneth. Just to let you know, everything is working now. Not sure if it was the uninstall/reinstall or switching from non-commercial to commercial, but everything seems to be working now. Thank you very much for your help with all of this.
