If you experience the issue, that iWorks (Pages, Numbers, Keynote) files are no longer syncing, it could be that the file was created using an older version of iWorks (Pages, Numbers, Keynote) and then automatically updated to the new iWorks (Pages, Numbers, Keynote) format.

To resolve this, located the file in Finder, drag it out of the Space and allow TeamDrive to synchronize the changes. Once the changes have been synchronized, drag the file back into the Space and allow TeamDrive to sync the changes.

To avoid this issue, we recommend using the Finder to locate all iWorks (Pages, Numbers, Keynote) files you sync with TeamDrive. After locating a file, right-click on it. If you see the text “Show Package Contents” the file was not yet converted to the new iWorks (Pages, Numbers, Keynote) file format. If that is the case, please do the following:

Drag the file out of the Space and allow TeamDrive to synchronize the changes. While the file is out of the Space, open the file in the newest version of the respective iWorks (Pages, Numbers, Keynote) program. The file should then automatically converted to the new iWorks (Pages, Numbers, Keynote) file format. Save and close the file. After saving and closing the file, drag the file back into the Space.
