Hide main window, keeping only the menu bar icon

Hi all.

I'm in the process of testing TeamDrive ( 2.2.070 ) and so far it seems a lot better than the 2.1.x version.
I'm still not certain about the processor usage of this baby, but that's another topic.

Right now I'm trying to make TeamDrive more "transparent" for a regular use.
I don't like the idea of having it always open and showing on the "cmd-Tab" list of open apps, so I used "Dock Dodger" ( http://foggynoggin.com/dockdodger ) to remove it from both the Dock and the open apps list.
Unfortunately I just can't find a way of making it open without any visible window.

I really would like to make it a menubar only app... at least until I select one of the options on that menubar icon.
Does anyone know how can this be accomplished?

Thank you all.
