Can't empty trash as administrator

Postby MaxH999 » 23 Aug 2013, 13:04

Hi,

I'm logged in as administrator but I can neither empty the trash nor remove old file versions. Both of those functions are shaded in the context menu. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for your help.

Which version of TeamDrive are you using. Could you post a screenshot of the 'Members' window after you've clicked on the respective Space please?

Judging by the image in the background of your Spaces window your data directory is "full"/you don't have the minimum amount of free Space on the drive where your database is stored in order for TeamDrive to continue functioning properly. Until you free up Space on this drive TeamDrive will not allow you to carry out any of the actions you're attempting to carry out.

By default, the data base is stored on the C: drive and, unless you moved it, it is still there. You can see the minimum requirement of free Space you need under Extras > Settings > General > Total working set size. Once you free up enough Space on the drive your data directory is stored on you will be able to delete versions and empty the trash.

That was it, my C drive was full. Many thanks, Kenneth!
