Synchronisation not working

On a laptop running windows 7 it seems a Space is 'stuck'. The icon of Teamdrive in the taskbar indicates it's synchronising and 337 files to go. Three hours later no progress and in fact the count increased to 340 files to go (someone added/changed 3 files on another machine).

Do you have any idea how to check what might be causing this? Any diagnostics to run on this account/space?

Go into the settings and send us the logs. Please describe the problem when sending the logs.
