Runtime Error

Postby rsvejda » 15 Dec 2009, 10:26

Machine: Windows XP-SP3 (Toshiba M700 Tablet Laptop)
TeamDrive: Newest 2.2.070
Problem: VBScript Runtime Error (see screenshot)
Reproduction: After Re-Installation, it worked for some time during that day before it started to crash again.
Processes (in Task Manager): The main "TeamDrive2" process dies, the "TeamDrive2Database" process still runs.
The problem is fully reproducable.
The machine and user was running TeamDrive for the last few months, mostly without problems.

A) What is the right recommended way to re-install without loosing user settings

B) Is there another way to get out of this - without re-install

reagards,
Radim

Thank you for the report. This looks strange.

Could you please send us your TeamDrive Log files and the backup logfiles.
On Windows XP you find them here:
c:document and settings/user/application data/TeamDrive/

Please send them zipped to support@teamdrive.net with a reference to your forum explanation.

You can uninstall TeamDrive and keep your user settings during the process. Nevertheless please always backup your personal shared spaces keys. You find the folder with your .pss files in the application data of TeamDrive or you can specify a backup path conveniently from within TeamDrive in the settings menu.
