Client not showing folders

I get a ping: 200 OK0Ping OK”
But the invited client doesn´t see any folders and it´s impossible to send files to the directory.

Is the invited client in the same network as the TDPS?

It's impossible for who to send files to the directory?

No, but the ports are open and the server is recogniced as the "200 OK0Ping OK” shows.
The client stops at "joining" and no files can be transferred.

Files, they have to be saved at the same volume as the TDPS??

I'm not sure what you are referring to when you say "volume" or "same volume as the TDPS". Are the files stored on the TDPS itself (one client connected to the TDPS and uploaded files directly to the TDPS which, in this case, all of the files would be encrypted because the TeamDrive Client encrypts all files before they are uploaded.) or are the files just saved on the same volume/hard drive as the TDPS?

If by "the ports are open" you mean the router has been configured to allow external access, you should be able to access the TDPS from outside of the network. From what you have described, the client seems to be unable to connect to the server. Please check the configuration again and if everything is properly configured, please send of the logs of client unable to connect to the server. You can send the client logs via the settings menu by clicking on 'support'. Please paste the link to this forum post in the description box.
