Personal Server LAN vers. WAN Access

Postby dischoch » 17 Feb 2013, 14:33

Is there any possibility to use the same space of my personal server with internal (locally) addressing via 192.... and from outside via the dyndns-account ?
It should make sense, if sitting at home to use the local IP via the local network (faster, have not to go via internet) , and taking the tablet or mobil outside to synchronize then of course via the dyndns-address. For me currently it seems not possible, or I have to generate my (same) space 2 times, one with the local address-server and one with the dyndns-address ?
Thanks D. Schoch

It would be fine for you to just use your dyndns address. Your router has to be intelligent enough to detect whether you are on a local ip address or an external ip address.

At the moment it is not possible to have a Space with two different URLs in TeamDrive.
