Position of the shared Data within the Android-directories

Postby dischoch » 17 Feb 2013, 14:23

Would be for interest, where the shared data/folders are stored on the Android-system/SDcard.
I searched a long time, but could not find them. Seems some Android-applications (Samsung Galaxy) do have the same problems, as any changes are not saved, even the message poped up "Gespeichert", but after reopening these simple text-files, it will NOT show my changes. "DB Text-Editor" and "Polaris Office" are these kind of applications which are not able to store changes out of the TeamDrive-application.

Hi

if you use Kingsoft office (its free) on Android every save of an document creates a new version in TeamDrive. With other software products you have to find the function to store a file back to TeamDrive. If you know where Polaris Office is storing the documents you can easily store them into TeamDrive. If open a Space in the TeamDrive App you will find a "+" in the upper right corner. Here you can choose all files on Android and add them to TeamDrive.
