SecureOffice PDF Annotations

Hello,

We just found a rather small but really annoying problem with secure office.
TeamDrive and Secure office is being used by several of our users to sign PDF files on their mobile devices while on the road.
The annotations are saved in a "version 2" :) and can be seen when opening the document later with Acrobat reader.
Unfortunately they cannot be printed with the document.:o The usual howto´s for Acrobat reader do NOT help.

The problem is specific to TD SecureOffice, we found no problem with the "SignMyPad" App for instance.
We have to fix this soon, otherwise users will revert back to SignMyPad and Dropbox.

regards
Robert

Thanks for the heads up on this situation. We will have to communicate this with Picsel, the creators of Smart Office, and try and find a solution.

We installed the new version 621/622 a few days ago, unfortunately the bug is NOT fixed.
Do you (Picsel) support the client, are you willing to fix it, do you really care about your (paying) customers?

It has been a long way but finally the problem seems to be solved.
We upgraded to the latest build 670 on Android and iOS,
annotations are now being saved in a format so they can be printed with Adobe reader. :D

thanks and greetings
Robert
