When TeamDrive for iOS is behaving in an unexpected way, it is helpful if you to send us the device's Console Log. The log can tell us exactly what is going on behind the scenes and help get you back up and running quickly. In order to get the Console Log from your device, you’ll need to download a special utility from Apple.

1. Download and install the iPhone Configuration Utility
Whether you’re using an iPhone, an iPod Touch, or an iPad, you’ll use the iPhone Configuration Utility to grab the console log. There is a version for Mac OS X, and one for Windows.

Download the iPhone Configuration Utility for Mac 10.6 and higher: http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1465

Download the iPhone Configuration Utility for Windows: http://support.apple.com/kb/dl1466

2. Connect your iOS Device
Launch the Configuration Utility and plug your device into your computer. On the left hand side, look for the DEVICES section; your device should appear there after a few seconds. Click to select it.

3. Copy the Console Log to your computer
When you select your device in the DEVICES section, you should see 5 tabs across the top of the main panel of the Configuration Utility window. Select the one titled "Console".

Click the "Save Console As…" button in the bottom right corner of the Console tab to save a copy of the log to your computer. Choose a place where you can easily find it again, like your Desktop.

4. Email the Console Log
Attach the saved console log to a new e-mail or your "reply-to" e-mail and send it to us.
