Ordner "verschwinden" für einige User

Ordner "verschwinden" für einige User

Postby dl1ww » 07 Jul 2022, 09:28

Hallo,

Jens

My first recommendation would be to make sure everyone is (always) using the latest version. With that said, all TeamDrive installations should be updated, especially if you have multiple devices.

I would then recommend that one user restore the Space from scratch. If possible, other users should use the Space during this time. Once the Space has been fully restored from scratch, all other users should initiate a simple restore of the Space before they begin to work with it. In my experience, this usually solves the problem. https://teamdrive.com/en/faq-en/restore-a-space

Also, if any users are unnecessarily using the virtual file system, they should switch back to not using the virtual file system. A note with about the virtual file system, it's important for users to understand that the files seen there are virtual. TeamDrive knows they're not really there but the operating system does not. That means local drag and drop actions will create issues because the operating system is trying to move files, which aren't really there, and cannot. This can cause sync errors in the Space.
