Support

The “Settings” section can be accessed from virtually any window in TeamDrive by clicking or tapping on the gear icon in the upper portion of TeamDrive. Once on the “Settings” tab you will see a list of settings items.

The support form can be used to send report requests to TeamDrive. Support requests can sent with or without your client log files attached. “Attach Log Files” allows you to attach or detach log files to the support request.

When filling out the support form, please describe problem with as many details as possible. The more detail you provide, the more efficiently we can analyze the problem and the quicker we can get back to you with a solution.
