TD3 Beta - (Portable) Installer

Hello,

Install/update Teamdrive while its still running brings up a message saying something like:
"Click OK after closing the running TD"

It sounds like that the install will continue after clicking Ok, but it doesn't.
Maybe thats a bug.

Tested with TD portable.
