TD3 beta uses 100% CPU

Right after the automatic startup I find the client using 100% CPU. This goes on until I stop it by closing the client. No error is reported in the GUI, but log file messages like

are written at a rate of app. 2500 lines per second

This is TeamDrive 3.0.0 RC (Build: 94) under Kubuntu 12.04 64-bit.
I was unable to attach the log file. Error message or the forum software: "The extension log is not allowed." Same for txt.

Got the same problem a few days ago. First contact with support I got fix response by Detlef.
After fixing all files with creation date/time 1.1.1970 the error still persists. The message in the logfile
didn't help because the name of the file is missing. No response to my mails for a few days.
Since 6.6.2012 it isn't possible to synchronize this computer because TD3 uses 100% CPU and the logfile is
growing to GBs in minutes.
What can we do? When could we expect a fix?

OS Mac OS X Lion.

I was able to resolve the issue without fully understanding it by doing "Restore Space" (from the menu, translated from my German version).
