Why your email server (ec2-54-217-248-58.eu-west-1.compute.amazonaws.com, helo masterconsole.teamdrive.net) is trying to send email notification via our email server? For example:
when A person adds B to Space your TD server sends email notification (in the name of A) trying to send it via email server of A person without authentication. Email server of A person reject to send that email, that is correct. But your email server sends NDN to A that cant send message without authentication. Sample below:
Code: Select all
From: Mail Delivery System <Mailer-Daemon@smarthost.mcs.de>>
To: person.a@company.eu>
Subject: Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender>

Teamdrive's script for sending invitations has been changed a week ago or so. It is using SMTP mail header "MAIL FROM: user@example.com" instead of "MAIL FROM: info@teamdrive.com". Maybe this is a typo error and should be fixed soon by them.

Please send the original email to "info@teamdrive.com". Since the email addresses were replaced with "person.a" and "person.b" (for forum posting purposes) it is difficult to know which provider settings we need to look into.

We cannot send a notification to the sender of the email because the e-mails will be sent asynchronously. It is not possible to provide the user with direct feedback and let them know if an invitation to the space could not be delivered.

For some reason all my email notifications go to the spam box. Any idea how to stop this?
