Cannot delete space in web interface

Cannot delete space in web interface

Postby dthomalla » 21 Oct 2016, 21:45

Hi,

TD3 clients reports memory of 3.7 GB to be nearly used up (3.2 GB),
but the active used space is only listed with 1.4 GB in TD3 client.

The web interface reports two spaces, one with 1.8 GB, one with 1.4 GB.
The one with 1.8 GB shows the same ID as the one listed in TD3 with 1.4 GB. ?!

The other one has a older creation date, and might be an old TD2 space I had once.

I tried to delete the 1.4 GB space with the 'other' ID, and the older creation date.

Failure, space cannot be deleted, message: "undefined".

How can I get rid of this space and free some memory?

Dirk

ADDED:
Now after trying to delete the old space, the web interface does not show any of the spaces anymore. ?!
Access via TD3 client is still possible.
Web states 1.8 GB of 3.7 GB used, although TD3 client reports used space with 1.4 GB.
And 49% of 3.7 GB used (which is ~1.8 GB).
Strange.

It seems you have successfully deleted one of your Spaces. On the server you have one active Space, which is 1.9 GB.

Please be advised, that all file versions, as well as all files residing in the Space's trash, are calculated into the Space's total size on the server.

Hi Kenneth,

thanks for reply.

Good that the unwanted Space is gone, and that the wanted is still usable with TD3 client.

But the web interface shows no Space at all anymore.
