we are a small tax advisory and have started providing teamdrive spaces to clients to safely Exchange data.
One of our new users reported that the log-in to the online Interface (https://teamdrive-inbox.cds-systeme.de/) under Mac using Chrome works fine, while there are error Messages under Mac unsing Safari browser and on his Windows Desktop (with both Chrome and Safari).
Error message apparently is about incorrect user / Password. Any idea? Apparently they tried numerous times with other colleages as well (so, no mistyping).
Any idea?
