When logging in as an existing user after a fresh installation of TeamDrive it is possible that you will automatically receive “invitations” to all Spaces that were active in your most recent TeamDrive installation. These “invitations”, however will appear in the section “Inactive Spaces”.
This is only possible if you have the Registration Server Key Repository feature enabled. This feature can be found in Settings > Backup > Back up Keys on the Server.Alternatively, you can also invite yourself to your Spaces from an existing TeamDrive desktop or mobile installation or you can use the backup keys from a previous TeamDrive installation to import and restore access to your Spaces .
Backup keys can also be imported from the Key Repository if you have this function enabled. By default, this feature is turned on. To import backup keys navigate to Settings > Backup > Import Keys.
Please note that changing your password automatically deletes, for security reasons, all keys stored in your Key Repository at that time. If you change your password before creating a new installation you will not see any “invitations” to your Spaces in the section “Inactive Spaces”. You will also not be able to import your Space keys from the server because they will have been deleted.
