Thanks Kenneth. I apologize - I didn't see your response when I posted my last reply. We're commercial users, but we realized that the person having the problem was actually logging on as non-commercial (he had forgotten to put in his license key). We uninstalled the program and then reinstalled the latest version, and entered the proper license. It's synchronizing right now - it's downloaded around 4000 files, and has 2000 left to go. We will leave it running overnight and I will let you know tomorrow whether it finished downloading everything.
