Data encryption is also provided for free with TeamDrive, and, is a feature which you do not have to think about, since in TeamDrive clients data encryption is automatic.

There is a free TeamDrive Personal Server on our website. The Personal Server has a storage limit of 10GB.

Buying 5 TeamDrive Personal licenses and 1 TeamDrive Personal Server will enable me and 4 friends to share spaces.
We will be able to create personal private spaces and shared spaces.
We will only be limited by the storage available on the server.

Is that correct?

Exactly.

Everyone will be able to create as many Spaces as they would like on the shared server and still have the option to share them (with users who are sharing the personal server as well as with users not connected to the personal server) or not.
The only thing to be aware of is the distribution of Space.
Meaning (of course, this can be managed amongst yourselves) everyone should know (more like remember and acknowledge) that the storage allowance is shared and if one person decides to back up their 20GB music folder on the 25GB shared server then everyone has to split the remaining 5GB.

With the Personal Server you can allow whoever you would like to use the server. It can be more that you and 4 friends. The important thing to be conscious of is the distribution of the storage space.
