Licensing Problem

Good Morning
A few weeks we have the problem, that our TD Clients only shows the 2GB limit instead of the purchased 10GB.
But it works without an issue. Aktual Data Size is around 5GB and new Files are synced to both places of the two clients ( One User )
We use the Server installed on a 2008R2 System and two clients with one user syncing the same stuff.

version TD Client : 3.3.1
version Server : 1.1.062

That is what the clients says with the purchased Licens Key ...
I think there ist the "Professional" missing in the Paket List

What can I do ?

It sounds like the license subscription has not been paid. In this case, the online shop automatically removes the purchased items. Please login to shop.teamdrive.com and update your payment details.
