cannot invite new User

We have a new user in our team, for which we have created and activated a TD-account.
The user is able to log in, create spaces and invite other users.
But, for some strange reason, it is not possible to invite this user to existing spaces :?
There seems to be some problem when sending the invitation.
Error message -> "Fehler beim Einladen von xxxx in space yyyyy: Einladung konnte nicht an Benutzer xxxx gesendet werden"
Username and space with xxxx and yyyy replaced!

pls help

Thanks for your message. We need more detailed information such as the username of the user you are trying to invite and the username of the user sending the invite. It would be good to send log files (from the client sending the invitation) as well.

Of course, we did send the information and logfiles already via the "support feature" in the client. ;)

Then it is possible that your request has already been answered.

Please refrain from sending support tickets and creating a forum post regarding the same issue as well.
