Incremental sync for large files

Hello,
Will TeamDrive do an incremental sync for large files? For instance, if I have a 1GB file in which only a small portion of it changes, dropbox will transmit only the portion that is modified. Will TeamDrive do the same?

Currently, TeamDrive compresses each file (version) before encrypting and uploading. Delta sync is planned for a future release.
