Hello,
I noticed on 2 on my shared spaces an exclamation mark in a red circle on it and the status "Traffic limit reached". Could you explain to me what does this mean and hoe to resolve this problem ?
Thanks for your help !

Could you give more details ?
-1- What do you mean by the person who own the Spaces ? The one who uploaded the files ? The one who sent the invitations ? The administrator(s) ? In the Space member list, next to one of the names you will see the word "Owner". This person owns the Space and when the traffic limit is reach it is reached on this person depot.
-2- What do you include in traffic limit ? The size of files uploaded by the owner ? The size of files uploaded by the owner and the size of the same files downloaded by all the invited persons ? All traffic that occurs on that depot. If you have a 1 GB Space and you invite 10 people, every time they join the Space they each use 1 GB of traffic. So if they join over and over again, for whatever reason the traffic will be used up faster. If you are behind a proxy and the proxy does not allow TeamDrive to access our servers in order to send messages to it, TeamDrive will continue to try to send messages to the server until it can reach the server. This can also devour your traffic limit. If you are behind a proxy you need to whitelist our urls so the server can be reached. We will need to give you the urls that need to be whitelisted
-3- If the traffic limit is reached. Does this means that we cannot upload files anymore ? And can we download the files already uploaded ? It means the traffic limit on that user's depot has been reach and no more traffic on this user's depot is allowed until the traffic limit has been increased or reset. Buying more storage will increase your traffic limit.
-4- Where can we find the actual state of this traffic counter ? At the moment this is no visible state of the traffic limit. The traffic limit is 10 times your hosted storage limit.
-5- Is there a way to resolve it at least for the first month ? First you would need to find out why the limit was reached. Then we can go from there. As mentioned, to increase the traffic limit you need to increase your storage limit.
Thanks again for your help.
